Getting started

Everything you need for your first day on DawnRO3.

First steps

  1. Create an account on the register page.
  2. Download the launcher from the download page and press Install.
  3. Log in with your account name and password, pick the DawnRO3 world and create a character.
  4. Follow the story quests at the start: they teach the controls and give you your first gear.
  5. Say hello on our Discord to find a party and a guild.

FAQ

Is DawnRO3 free?

Yes. Create an account, download the launcher and play.

Do I need an official RO3 account?

No. Your DawnRO3 account is all you need. Create it on the register page.

Where does the game client come from?

The launcher downloads the game from our own servers and keeps it up to date. Updates only download what changed.

I forgot my password.

Ask a team member on our Discord and we will help you recover your account.

The launcher says the server is offline.

Check the status pill at the top of this site. During maintenance the server is briefly offline; try again in a few minutes.

Server rules

  1. Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech or threats.
  2. No cheats, bots, macros or third-party tools that automate play.
  3. No exploiting bugs. Report them to the team instead.
  4. No real-money trading of accounts, characters or items.
  5. One person, one account set: no account sharing or selling.
  6. Team members will never ask for your password.

Breaking the rules can lead to a warning, a temporary ban or a permanent ban, depending on how serious it is.
